Only for Skilled Players – Not for Beginners

Eligibility Checklist:

• 2+ years of playing experience
• Can rally 10+ shots with control
• Know the rules (scoring, serving, positions)
• Use clears, drops & smashes confidently
• Good court movement & footwork
• Consistent legal serves
• Played in school/local tournaments or club matches
• being able to control the opponent
• feed 2 v 1 and shuttles
• understanding tactics (knowing which shot to hit when)

Note: All entries are subject to skill review. Players not meeting criteria will be redirected to our Beginner Groups.

Goals

• Confident use of forehand and backhand grips.
• Consistent execution of clears, drops, drives, smashes, and net shots.
• Ability to play both offensive and defensive strokes with accuracy.
• Mastery of low, high, and flick serves (both singles and doubles).
• Ability to return serves effectively with controlled placement.
• Faster recovery after each shot.
• Ability to anticipate and adjust to opponent’s shots.
• Mastering split step and directional lunges.
• Building consistency through structured drills.
• Developing focus, patience, and resilience during tough matchesIntermediate Player Outcomes

By the end of this stage, players should be able to:

✅ Rally consistently with a variety of strokes.
✅ Move efficiently across the court with proper footwork.
✅ Serve and return with tactical purpose.
✅ Play competitive singles and doubles matches.
✅ Apply simple strategies to win points, not just hit shuttles.
